Reiki
Reiki (“ray-key”) is a gentle and effective energy healing technique that originated in Japan.
Rei means “spiritual wisdom” and Ki means “life energy”.
Reiki helps to bring a deep sense of calm to the entire body and mind, which allows the nervous and endocrine systems to function optimally to maintain homeostasis in the body allowing the body to heal itself.
Reiki can be used for reducing stress, easing aches and pains or recovering from injury, relaxing muscle tension, increasing energy and relieving fatigue, promoting restful sleep, emotional well-being, soothing emotional distress, promoting peaceful and positive mindset, and much more.
Reiki can be used in conjunction with any other medical treatment and should not replace any current therapy you’re receiving from your doctor. In fact, Reiki works well in conjunction with other healing modalities and is even offered as a part of regular patient care in many hospitals and medical centers across the U.S. and has shown very positive benefits to patients.

Cranial-Sacral Fascia Therapy
Cranial-sacral fascia therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that creates spaciousness in the structures supporting the cranial and pelvic bones to promote optimal flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
At The Soma Haus the techniques of John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release are used as the basis for this therapy.
Using sustained, light-touch pressure, the therapist engages areas of fascial restriction to gently create space and ease. Rather than imposing force or direction, the therapist follows the body’s cues, allowing restrictions to unwind at their own pace.
Clients often experience a profound sense of calm, increased body awareness, and a feeling of being more connected and grounded. Each session is unique, guided by the individual’s needs and the body’s responses in the moment.
Anyone can receive this therapy. It is especially helpful if you experience head, neck, or face tension, headaches, migraines, difficulty sleeping, stress, fatigue, brain fog, back or pelvic pain.

Vibroacoustic Body Therapy
Sound & vibroacoustic healing is the use of tones, mantras, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, instruments, and vibration to bring about a sense of deep rest, relaxation, and ease in the body, mind, and spirit.
Sound and music have been used therapeutically in all cultures since the beginning of time. Even today modern medicine uses sound waves to produce ultrasound images in healthcare, and for medical procedures such as lithotripsy.
During your session Tibetan singing bowls may be placed around or on your body, tuning forks may be used at energy points, and other instruments may be played.
Each session is mindfully crafted for your specific needs.

Reflexology & Marma Point Therapy
Reflexology, or "zone therapy" has roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This modality utilizes pressure points on the feet that are associated with remote locations within the body such as organs, joints, or other tissues.
Marma Point Therapy originated in Ayurveda and uses pressure points throughout the entire body to balance vital energy channels.
Gentle therapeutic pressure is applied to these sacred points to bring about subtle yet powerful results.
Modern science has studied these therapies, and it is only recently being discovered that there appears to be a direct correlation from these ancient modalities with our body's fascial and lymphatic networks.
